PlayoffBasketball is a basketball blog featuring players and teams performing in the playoffs and not coming to play. In 2009, my favorite players are Ron Artest, Shane Battier, Greg Oden, Yao Ming, Joakim Noah, John Salmons, Joe Johnson, and Lebron James. I’m pulling for the Rockets after watching how much intensity they are playing with against the Lakers. The top performers in this years playoffs have been Lebron James, Ben Gordon, Dwyane Wade, Chauncey Billups, Dwight Howard, Tony Parker and Kobe Bryant. The worst performances belong to Tim Duncan, Deron Williams, the entire Pistons team (I don’t think they ever showed up), Dirk Nowitzki, and David West. My prediction is the Cavs will win the championship, but again I’m hoping for the Rockets.
